Order before 12 noon and we bake and post the same day on DPD next-day tracked delivery. On each box you can pick the day you want it to land, up to six months ahead.

Yes. Tick Add a gift card on the box page, type your message (up to 175 characters) and we print it on a Chummys gift card tucked inside the box. Nothing in the parcel mentions the price.

Our brownies are baked fresh to order, and they’ll stay deliciously fudgy for up to 10-14 days. To keep them at their best, store the brownies in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot – this maintains that gooey texture. If you want to enjoy them over a longer period, you can freeze the brownies for up to 3 months. Just wrap them tightly or keep them in the supplied packaging and pop them in the freezer. When you’re ready to indulge, thaw at room temperature or give a quick 10-second microwave zap to recreate that oven-fresh warmth!

Our bakes contain nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk and soya, and some contain preservative (sodium metabisulphite), sulphur dioxide and sulphites. E numbers are present in some bakes too. Flavours like Snickers (peanuts) and Ferrero Rocher (hazelnuts) carry nuts by design.

Everything is made in one kitchen where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, gluten and other dairy are all in use, and some ingredients come from factories that handle peanuts and nuts, so we cannot guarantee any box is free from traces. If you, or the person you are sending to, is allergic to any of the above, we would honestly recommend not ordering.

All of our bakes are suitable for vegetarians and contain no alcohol. They are not vegan — for that there is our Vegan box.

Your brownies are delivered to the door on DPD next-day tracked delivery, with a one-hour delivery window texted to the recipient on the morning. Our boxes are deep-filled, so they sit a little larger than a standard letterbox — if nobody's in, DPD will leave them in your chosen safe place or with a neighbour, and the recipient can reschedule straight from their tracking message.

Yes — that's most of what we do. Enter their address at checkout and add a printed gift card on the box page. We never include invoices in our packages, so nothing in the box mentions the price.

Yes. On our Mixed Brownie Box you build it yourself — pick up to six different flavours from Lotus Biscoff, Ferrero Rocher, Triple Chocolate, Nutella, Salted Caramel and Kinder Bueno. Prefer us to choose? The Best Selling box carries all six.

Yes — our Vegan box is baked as the same deep-filled squares as the rest of the range. Everything we bake is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten, so we can't guarantee freedom from traces; the full ingredients and allergens list covers every flavour.

Two weeks from baking, and they freeze well for up to three months. Every box carries its own best-before date. Keep them in an airtight container once opened.

Yes. Order before 12pm and choose next-day at checkout. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.

Yes. Our brownie subscription runs monthly, quarterly or yearly, and you can set it to land on a birthday or anniversary so you never have to remember it again.
