Shipping Information

All items are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery, the day prior to the date you have selected during checkout. To ensure delivery on the date you have chosen, we advise you choose a safe place to deliver your items should the receiver not be in or request to leave with a neighbour. This can be selected through DPD once you have received shipping confirmation from them. Our boxes do not fit through a letterbox so it is important to complete this if the recipient is not home.

Whilst 98% of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions DPD are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date. It is also important to mention that DPD have a new policy in which once they have attempted delivery once, the driver is able to take the parcel to a local pick-up shop to be collected. Once it arrives there we are unable to request for it to be redelivered and if not collected will be sent back to us after 5-7 days. We do not take accountability for this and you will not recieve a refund if the parcel is taken to the pick-up shop.

For Monday delivery dates there are rare occasions you may receive the parcel earlier than expected on the weekend due to the DPD systems at certain depots. DPD will email you regarding when your delivery is due to arrive and you can then follow the same instructions as above.

Please ensure that you check that your delivery address is correct on checkout and on your confirmation email. If you need us to change the delivery address we will do our best to ensure this is changed before your order is dispatched, however if your order has already left our premises you will need to contact DPD. We will not take accountability for incorrect delivery addresses and you will not recieve a refund if it is delivered to the incorrect address you have given.
