Our brownies are baked fresh to order, and they’ll stay deliciously fudgy for up to 10-14 days. To keep them at their best, store the brownies in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot – this maintains that gooey texture. If you want to enjoy them over a longer period, you can freeze the brownies for up to 3 months. Just wrap them tightly or keep them in the supplied packaging and pop them in the freezer. When you’re ready to indulge, thaw at room temperature or give a quick 10-second microwave zap to recreate that oven-fresh warmth!

Yes. On the Mixed Box you pick up to six or twelve squares from our twelve flavours, one at a time. Or let us choose with the Bestsellers Box.

Anywhere in the UK, on DPD next-day tracked delivery. Boxes are packed so the squares arrive as they left the bakery.

That is mostly what they are for. Every box can carry a printed gift card with your message, and you choose the day it lands.

Yes. The boxes and the paper inside are recyclable.

Yes. Tick Add a gift card on the box page, type your message (up to 175 characters) and we print it on a Chummys gift card tucked inside the box. Nothing in the parcel mentions the price.

Our bakes contain nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk and soya, and some contain preservative (sodium metabisulphite), sulphur dioxide and sulphites. E numbers are present in some bakes too. Flavours like Snickers (peanuts) and Ferrero Rocher (hazelnuts) carry nuts by design.

Everything is made in one kitchen where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, gluten and other dairy are all in use, and some ingredients come from factories that handle peanuts and nuts, so we cannot guarantee any box is free from traces. If you, or the person you are sending to, is allergic to any of the above, we would honestly recommend not ordering.

All of our bakes are suitable for vegetarians and contain no alcohol. They are not vegan — for that there is our Vegan box.

Each square is baked in its own tin, about 2 by 2 by 1.5 inches, rather than cut from a slab. Chunkier than most.
