About this range
Cookie delivery, New York style. Thick, chunky cookies you hold in two hands, baked to order at our West Midlands bakery and sent anywhere in the UK on DPD next-day tracked delivery. Order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, and the box lands tomorrow. Boxes start at £22 for six.
What makes a New York cookie
Weight, mostly. These are craggy on top, soft through the middle and heavy in the hand, with a centre that stays soft rather than snapping. The Cookie Box carries six flavours: Lotus Biscuit, Triple Chocolate, Nutella, White Chocolate & Raspberry, Kinder Bueno and Milk Chocolate. Six or twelve to a box, each one packed in its own compartment in organic shredded paper so nothing shifts on the way.
Birthday cookies delivered
The Birthday Cookie Box is six funfetti cookies with a Caramac spread centre and white chocolate chunks, in a Happy Birthday sleeve. Pick the delivery date at checkout so it lands on the day, and add a printed gift card with your own message. Nothing in the parcel mentions the price. For someone who cannot decide, the Brownie & Cookie Selection Box sends six of each.
How long do the cookies keep?
Up to two weeks from baking in an airtight tin, and they freeze for up to three months. Ten seconds in the microwave brings a cookie back to warm and gooey. Everything is baked in one kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten; the full ingredients list is on our allergens page.
How delivery works
We bake to order and post the day before your chosen date. On the morning DPD text and email a one-hour window, so the recipient can pick a safe place, send it to a neighbour or move it to another day without waiting in. Saturday delivery is available for a small extra charge, and you can choose a date up to six months ahead.

How does next-day delivery work?
Order before 12 noon and we bake and post the same day on DPD next-day tracked delivery. On each box you can pick the day you want it to land, up to six months ahead.
Can I add a gift card with a message?
Yes. Tick Add a gift card on the box page, type your message (up to 175 characters) and we print it on a Chummys gift card tucked inside the box. Nothing in the parcel mentions the price.
How long do they keep?
Our brownies are baked fresh to order, and they’ll stay deliciously fudgy for up to 10-14 days. To keep them at their best, store the brownies in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot – this maintains that gooey texture. If you want to enjoy them over a longer period, you can freeze the brownies for up to 3 months. Just wrap them tightly or keep them in the supplied packaging and pop them in the freezer. When you’re ready to indulge, thaw at room temperature or give a quick 10-second microwave zap to recreate that oven-fresh warmth!
What allergens or dietary considerations should I know?
Our bakes contain nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk and soya, and some contain preservative (sodium metabisulphite), sulphur dioxide and sulphites. E numbers are present in some bakes too. Flavours like Snickers (peanuts) and Ferrero Rocher (hazelnuts) carry nuts by design.
Everything is made in one kitchen where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, gluten and other dairy are all in use, and some ingredients come from factories that handle peanuts and nuts, so we cannot guarantee any box is free from traces. If you, or the person you are sending to, is allergic to any of the above, we would honestly recommend not ordering.
All of our bakes are suitable for vegetarians and contain no alcohol. They are not vegan — for that there is our Vegan box.

Are these New York-style cookies?
Yes — thick, chunky and generously filled, baked in the New York style rather than the thin, crisp British one. They're sent by post on next-day tracked delivery, boxed to protect the soft centre.
Can I send a cookie box as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a printed gift card on the box page — nothing in the box mentions the price. Birthday cookie boxes are available too.
How long do the cookies last?
Up to two weeks. They travel in a compartment box, and once they arrive they'll keep longest in an airtight container or somewhere cool and dry.
Do you deliver cookies next day?
Yes. Order before 12pm and choose next-day at checkout. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
