All items are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery, the day prior to the date you have selected during checkout. To ensure delivery on the date you have chosen, we advise you choose a safe place to deliver your items should the receiver not be in. The safe place can be selected through DPD once you have received shipping confirmation from them.
Whilst 98% of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions DPD are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date.
For Monday delivery dates there are rare occasions you may receive the parcel earlier than expected due to the DPD systems at certain depots. DPD will email you regarding when your delivery is due to arrive and you can then follow the same instructions as above.
